MEKONG BABY RESERVATION, CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

Reservations made for 10 and above, must be accompanied by a valid Visa or Mastercard to confirm the booking. To confirm that the debit or credit card information you have provided is accurate, we may place a temporary authorisation on your debit or credit card at the time you provide this information to us.

Cancellation of your table, or changes to your booking must be made at least 24 hours prior to your booking by contacting Mekong Baby by email on info@mekongbaby.com or you will be charged a fee. If you are unable to keep your reservation, and you fail to cancel according to the notice period, a $50 per person fee will be charged to your credit card provided.

The $50 cancellation fee also applies to changes in numbers for your group. For example, if you book for 9 people, but arrive with 7 (without informing us of this change within the notice period), this will be a 2 person number drop, and the $50 cancellation fee will therefore apply for these two people.
